4 x 20" - 1 Mil Flat Poly Bags

These 4 x 20 inch flat poly bags are manufactured from 100% virgin polyethylene film at a 1 mil thickness, delivering lightweight protection against dirt, dust, and moisture during storage and transit. The narrow, elongated profile is purpose-built for items that exceed standard bag proportions — long, slender, or tubular contents that would be awkward or wasteful to package in a square bag.

FDA and USDA compliance makes these bags suitable for food-contact applications, as well as regulated environments in medical supply, pharmaceutical distribution, and agricultural packaging. The open-end design accommodates twist ties, bag tape, or impulse sealers, giving operations flexibility without requiring dedicated equipment.

Constructed at 1 mil, these bags keep material costs low while providing adequate coverage for lightweight, non-abrasive contents. For sharper or heavier items, a 2 mil or greater thickness is recommended. Each case contains 1,000 bags and ships via parcel carrier.
