4 x 18" - 1 Mil Flat Poly Bags

These 4 x 18 inch flat poly bags are manufactured from 100% virgin polyethylene film at a 1 mil thickness, delivering lightweight protection against dirt, dust, and moisture during storage and transit. The elongated, narrow profile is purpose-built for slender or tubular items that standard square bags cannot accommodate efficiently.

FDA and USDA compliant, these bags are appropriate wherever food-contact or regulated-environment requirements apply — including food processing, pharmaceutical kitting, laboratory supply distribution, and retail produce or specialty food packaging. The open-end design accepts twist ties, bag tape, or impulse sealers, giving production lines flexibility without requiring dedicated equipment.

Each case contains 1,000 bags. The 1 mil gauge keeps per-unit material cost low while providing adequate protection for lightweight, non-fragile contents. Cases ship via parcel carrier.
