White Stayflats® Gusseted Mailers provide rigid, crush-resistant protection for flat and semi-rigid contents without requiring additional stiffeners. Built from .020 white chipboard, the gusseted construction expands up to 1" to accommodate items with thickness while maintaining a flat profile throughout transit.
These mailers are well-suited for e-commerce fulfillment, retail distribution, direct mail, and print-on-demand operations shipping photos, documents, artwork, calendars, folded apparel, and similar low-profile goods that cannot arrive bent or creased.
A self-sealing peel-and-seal strip secures contents without tape, and an integrated pull-tab tear strip allows recipients to open the mailer cleanly. Each case contains 100 mailers and ships via parcel carrier.
