Description

These 2 x 2 x 6 inch strapping protectors are manufactured from laminated fibreboard at a .225 caliper thickness, engineered to distribute strapping tension evenly across pallet corners and edges. By spreading the load, they prevent the cutting, crushing, and compression damage that unprotected steel or poly strapping causes to cartons, shrink-wrapped bundles, and unitized loads during transit and storage.

Compatible with both steel and poly strapping systems, these protectors are well suited for manufacturing lines, retail distribution centers, freight consolidation operations, and fulfillment warehouses where high-volume palletizing is routine. Their rigid bearing surface maintains consistent contact geometry under strap tension, reducing load shift risk during transport.

Constructed from laminated fibreboard, the protectors are reusable across multiple shipping cycles and recyclable at end of life, supporting standard waste-reduction programs. Each case contains 300 protectors, providing an efficient stocking quantity for operations with ongoing palletizing demands.
