These 3x3x3" foam corners are molded from expanded polystyrene (EPS) and feature a 2.25" interior channel that seats flush inside standard corrugated cartons. The tapered exterior profile locks into box corners without adding bulk or shifting during transit.

The non-abrasive foam surface protects finished surfaces, painted edges, and coated materials from scuffing or impact damage — making these corners well suited for electronics, framed goods, furniture components, appliances, and industrial equipment shipped through retail, manufacturing, and e-commerce fulfillment channels.

Each case contains 1,000 foam corners. EPS construction keeps unit weight low, avoiding meaningful increases to shipment weight even at full case quantities. Cases ship via parcel carrier.
