Description

These 12" x 12" x 2" cushioning pads combine an EPS (expanded polystyrene) core with a microperforated polyethylene film shell. The perforated film allows the pad to conform around irregular product surfaces, delivering consistent layer cushioning without custom foam inserts or loose fill.

Their ready-to-use format makes them a practical fit for e-commerce fulfillment centers, retail distribution operations, and light manufacturing environments. Packers deploy them as top, bottom, and side cushioning layers inside corrugated shippers — no activation, assembly, or additional equipment required at the packing station.

Each case contains 200 pads at approximately 10 lbs per case. Due to size and weight, this product requires freight delivery — plan inventory levels accordingly.
