8 x 10" Flush Cut Foam Pouches

These 8x10" flush cut foam pouches are formed from 1/8" thick polyethylene foam, heat-sealed on three sides to create a clean, open-top pocket. The flush cut edges eliminate snag points, and the non-abrasive foam surface protects finished goods from scratches, scuffs, and light impact without leaving residue or markings.

The open pouch format supports fast, repeatable insertion without tools, making these pouches practical for e-commerce pick-and-pack lines, retail distribution centers, and manufacturing cells. They are well suited for hardware, instrumentation, glassware, optical components, machined parts, and consumer electronics accessories.

Pouches are made from lightweight polyethylene foam and sold in cases of 275. Pink anti-static foam pouches in the same format are available separately for components requiring electrostatic charge dissipation.
