These 9 x 12 inch flush cut foam pouches are formed from 1/8-inch thick closed-cell polyethylene foam, heat-sealed into an open-end bag with a clean flush cut opening. The flush cut design allows fast, snag-free insertion without catching on edges or tearing, making them well-suited for high-volume packing lines.
These pouches are commonly used in electronics assembly, automotive parts kitting, cosmetics fulfillment, and retail distribution wherever finished surfaces require scratch and scuff protection during storage or transit. The soft foam conforms lightly to irregular contours without applying pressure that could damage delicate components or coatings.
