Unlike pre-inflated cushioning or loose-fill alternatives, these bags ship and store completely flat, keeping storage footprint minimal until inflation is needed at the pack station.
These bags serve warehouses, e-commerce fulfillment centers, distribution operations, and manufacturing pack lines that need consistent, controllable void fill. Inflation happens at the point of pack using the Rapid Fill Portable Inflator (INF108, sold separately), letting packers dial output volume to match order flow and reduce material waste during slower periods.
