48" x 150' 1/2" Thick Kraft ecoMAX® Cellulose Wadding Slit at 24" Perf at 12"

ecoMAX® Cellulose Wadding is a kraft-based, multi-layer cushioning material in a 48" wide master roll spanning 150 linear feet. Slit at 24" and perforated every 12", it delivers fast, consistent sheeting at the pack line without cutting tools. At 1/2" thick, the conformable construction wraps securely around irregular surfaces and compresses into void spaces without scratching or marring finishes. Formerly marketed as Versa-Pak™, ecoMAX® Cellulose Wadding is a direct replacement with identical performance characteristics.

The non-abrasive cellulose structure absorbs both oil and water, making it well suited for manufacturers packaging metal components, glass, ceramics, and finished goods prone to surface damage. Distribution centers, e-commerce fulfillment operations, and automotive parts suppliers use it for wrapping, interleaving, and layered void fill where foam or bubble would be cost-prohibitive at volume.

The multi-layer kraft construction is reusable and curbside-recyclable, supporting sustainability programs without compromising cushioning performance. Each roll weighs 42 lbs. Sold as an individual master roll; volume pricing is available on request.
