These 22 x 40 inch flat poly bags are made from 100% virgin polyethylene film at a 2 mil thickness, delivering reliable protection against dirt, dust, and moisture for light to medium-weight products. FDA and USDA compliance makes them suitable wherever food-contact suitability is required.

The open-end format and generous dimensions accommodate bulkier or elongated items that standard flat bags cannot fit — making them practical for agricultural and food processing operations, manufacturing parts packaging, retail apparel and soft goods, and e-commerce fulfillment centers handling oversized SKUs. Bags can be closed with twist ties, bag tape, or an impulse sealer to match existing line requirements.
