6 x 9' - 4 Mil Reclosable Bag w/25% PCR

These 6 x 9 inch reclosable poly bags are manufactured from 4 mil low-density polyethylene with 25% post-consumer recycled (PCR) content. The heavier gauge delivers meaningful puncture and tear resistance, while the PCR resin reduces virgin plastic demand — a practical sustainability choice without sacrificing functional performance. Bag clarity may be slightly reduced compared to virgin LDPE film, which is a normal characteristic of recycled-resin material.

The reclosable zipper and sideweld seam construction make these bags well suited for e-commerce fulfillment, retail packaging, parts distribution, and warehouse kitting operations. The secure, repeatable closure supports applications where products are accessed multiple times before final sale or shipment.

Each bag features hammer-sealed zipper construction; note that the zipper seal reduces the usable opening by approximately 1/2" from the stated width. Bags maintain an estimated shelf life of 5 to 10 years when stored below 120°F and away from direct sunlight. Cases contain 1,000 bags.
